The Managing Editor of Uongozi Journal of Management and Development Dynamics (UJMDD) and
guest editors, welcome contributions from researchers and scholars to contribute original unpublished
results of conceptual, constructive, empirical, experimental, or theoretical works. The journal accepts
scientific works from all areas of “Learning Technologies and Education Change”. Studies on innovative
applications of research methods are particularly welcome. We welcome both quantitative and qualitative
studies which focus on themes and topics of the issue. UJMDD is managed and published by the Mzumbe
University in Tanzania. The journal publishes both print and online articles: ISSN 0856-1435 (print) and E-
ISSN 2619-8665 (Online).
